Panel Discussion: Sharing HerStory

As apart of our new initiative, we kicked off The HerStory Collective through a panel discussion event where young women heard from women of colour on their experience in reaching their achievements while facing oppression as a woman and a person of colour. The goal for those that attended this event was to leave feeling empowered to go after whatever they want and feel proud of their identity instead of seeing it as a shortcoming.

Our panelists are fierce, young women like yourself that shared their experience in overcoming their struggles of being a woman and black/person of colour in spaces where they're not commonly well-represented.

We’ll be having a series on Sharing HerStory to go more in-depth in some of the topics discussed or others that we missed. You can contribute to the conversation by submitting your story.
